1. Definitions
- Veste Money – Refers to Veste Money Ltd., a registered investment management company, offering a range of investment services.
- Client – Refers to any individual or entity using Veste Money’s services.
- Services – Investment management, fund management, brokerage, and advisory services.
- Website – Refers to the Veste Money domain and its subdomains.
- Account – The user account created by the Client to access Veste Money’s services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- By using our website and services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- We may update these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account.
4. Use of Services
- You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts.
- Services include investment advice, fund management, and financial planning.
- No guaranteed returns. Investments carry risk.
5. Fees and Charges
- Fees for services will be disclosed before use.
- You are responsible for timely payment of all applicable fees.
- We may revise fees with advance notice.
6. Investment Risks
- Investments may lose value, including principal.
- Veste Money is not liable for any investment losses.
- You are solely responsible for your investment choices.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- We adhere to data protection laws; see our Privacy Policy.
- Both parties will protect sensitive and confidential information.
8. Restrictions on Use
- You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
- All site content is owned by Veste Money or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without permission.
10. Termination
- You may close your account at any time with written notice.
- We may suspend your access if Terms are violated.
- Termination doesn’t waive obligations incurred beforehand.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
12. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify Veste Money for losses arising from your use or violations.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Governed by the laws of Zambia.
- Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Zambia.
- No class action lawsuits permitted.
14. Miscellaneous
- These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Veste Money.
- If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect.
- Veste Money may transfer rights; you may not without consent.
